Also I will be staying at the Howard johnson Anaheim hotel a week before the tour starts should i still meet at the airport or do I continue to stay at the hotel and meet the group there? The new dates will be available around November - December of this year. You are welcome to book this tour for next year using one of the dates listed now and then Commenting your 2012 tour date. We will manually update the tour date for your reservation upon receipt of the booking. Please make sure that you select a Tuesday or Saturday 2012 departure date.
If you stay at Howard Johnson Hotel, Address: 222 West Houston Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832, which might be the 1st night hotel of this tour, you do not need to go to the airport to meet the guide. However, it is subject to the reconfirmation. You can book form us the 1st night hotel of the tour which will facilitate you to join the tour. Just leave a note at the comment section to inform us that you need the pre-tour extension at the 1st night hotel. The 1st day will be a free day where you can arrange it based upon your own schedule.

There will not be enough time on the first day. We only stop on the first day for a bus break and lunch stop at Tanger.
The official shopping time will be provided on the last day on the way back from Las Vegas.
We will get to Las Vegas around 4-5 p.m. and check in around that time.
You do not have to go to the Grand Canyon. You must, however; make a special request to the tour guide that you are not going to the canyon and will stay in Las Vegas. On the day the tour goes to the canyon, if you get onto the bus; you will be taken to the canyon and will have to pay the additional West rim admission fees.
Please remember to talk with the tour guide about any special requests.

If you do not take the optional night tour of las vegas, you will be able to shop. The tour reaches Las Vegas at around 4-5 p.m.
You should have enough time to visit some Las Vegas shopping areas on your own.

If you book a room for 3 passengers, you will be provided a double room with 2 beds (full/queen sized), each able to accommodate 2 passengers.
Please note in winters, the itinerary is subject to change. This tour goes to Las Vegas first, then the Grand Canyon Hualapai.
For departure from Las Vegas on Sunday, the itinerary may be changed as following. Please DO contact us to confirm before booking.
Day 1: Los Angeles - Las Vegas
Day 2: Las Vegas - Chocolate Factory - Grand Canyon West
Day 3: Grand Canyon West - Barstow - Los Angeles
If the weather permits it, you will be able to take the helicopter and boat tour. The Skywalk will be available in the winter time.
